Hotel Granja Brasil Resort Petropolis , Itaipava

The hotel has a fantastic location and the staff is truly excellent, but unfortunately, the facilities left much to be desired. I was excited for the spa experience, but ended up disappointed due to multiple issues with the amenities and room. Given the problems, I feel the hotel needs significant investment in their facilities and better communication to avoid false advertising.

I had high hopes for my stay, especially with a focus on wellness at the spa, but sadly, the facilities fell short of expectations. While the staff was fantastic and the views from my room were lovely, the ongoing issues with the spa amenities and the unpleasant odor in my room really diminished the experience. The hotel's potential was there, but it seemed poorly managed when it came to maintaining services.

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order during my stay, and I faced several issues with the sauna and gym. To top it off, my room had a horrible sewer smell that was never fixed. If the owners invested more in their amenities, this could be a fantastic place to stay.
